Carmella, Becky Lynch & Naomi vs Natalya, Alexa Bliss, and a Mystery Partner
Eva Marie was supposed to team with Alexa Bliss and Natalya; however, her suspension for violating WWE's Wellness Policy opens up her spot to a mystery opponent. Who WWE fills that spot with may have major implications for the outcome of this match. Alexa Bliss has been on fire as of late, outworking her fellow female Superstars and improving in her in-ring abilities each and every time she has an opportunity to compete. Natalya has yet to really get over as a heel and in a similar way Carmella has floundered as a face on the main roster. Look for WWE to use this opportunity to develop both Natalya's and Carmella's character and storylines, possibly by heating up a feud between the two. Becky Lynch is the X-factor in this match; however, by far and away the most important Superstar in this match and a legitimate SmackDown Title contender (when SmackDown finally gets a Women's Championship). Becky Lynch alone is enough to give her team the edge against Natalya's group, no matter who the mystery partner is revealed to be. Our guess as to who that is: Nikki Bella, who recently let slip that she will be part of the SmackDown brand upon her return. This could be the first of what will likely be the Rivalry of the Year on SmackDown: Becky Lynch vs Nikki Bella.

Sheamus vs Cesaro
These two square off in the first of a Best of 7 series between the two. Look for the match to be an incredible one as they each have to win fans over to keep interest over seven matches, a difficult task in today's era of immediate gratification. With that stated, look for the heel Sheamus to get the win here, giving the babyface Cesaro the opportunity to fight for a comeback later on in the series.

Enzo & Big Cass vs Chris Jericho & Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho are arguably the two biggest heels in the WWE. They unite with a wealth of experience, each with more in-ring experience than Enzo & Big Cass combined. The two are obviously great singles wrestlers; but, ultimately that is the drawback for their team. They are great singles wrestlers and lack experience as a unit. Enzo and Big Cass are being built as the inevitable successors to New Day's throne and don't look for their momentum to be derailed here, especially before a hometown East Coast crowd. Enzo and Cass go over with a decisive pin-fall victory. The real question is whether the team of Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho, two Superstars non known for keeping their composure, survives or whether we get a Jericho/Owens feud in this match's aftermath. WWE fans will simply have to sit back, relax, tune into the WWE Network and drink it in man.

WWE Women's Champion Sasha Banks vs Charlotte
Sasha Banks captured the Women's Championship from Charlotte on a recent episode of RAW, in what was arguably one of the greatest matches of all time. While the match was on a big stage in front of a national television audience, this is Sasha's opportunity to shine on an even bigger stage on a major WWE PPV before a New York crowd. Look for an amazing back and forth affair that might top their recent RAW match, as these two competitors are the finest examples of superb technical wrestling in the entire women's division. Although Charlotte is very capable of beating anyone, don't look for Charlotte to get the win, especially with Dana Brooke (one of her big advantages) banned from ringside and Charlotte rumored to be taking time off. Sasha will capitalize on this opportunity to make Charlotte tap to the Banks Statement, cementing her legacy before a huge SummerSlam audience.

WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day vs the Club
The Club has been a force to be reckoned with since entering the WWE behind A.J. Styles. Both Anderson and Gallows are Superstars that specialize in a unique brand of brutality. They recently displayed their special abilities by taking Big E out of action with RingPostItis, a terrible condition, the thought of which causes terror for men all around the world. New Day has resurrected what was once a very stale tag team division and been dominant while doing it. They are one of WWE's most over teams and with their unicorn horns and Booty O's, a huge marketing success. However, recently New Day have grown a bit stale. There's only so much booty shaking and neon the WWE Universe can take before change needs to be made. WWE may feel the need to shake things up in the tag division and the Club certainly would be worthy of an opportunity to hold the WWE Tag Team Championships. Look for the Club to capitalize on Big E's RingPostItis and use the sensitive nature of his injury to become the new Champions with a brutal and decisive pinfall victory.

WWE United States Champion Rusev vs Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns defeated Rusev cleanly this Monday on RAW. WWE, big fans of 50/50 booking, may have revealed the winner of this match in that one. Roman's recent suspension has caused many backstage to sour on him personally and on his prospects of being WWE's main guy. Upon his return from suspension, Roman has been uncharacteristically losing more. Look for that trend to continue here as Rusev, who is becoming one of the best United States Champions in history, will get the win and retain his United States Championship. This won't be your run-of-the-mill victory either. Rusev will be the only person in the WWE to make Roman Reigns tap, a move that will only continue this feud, if not immediately, at a later date for a more prominent championship.

WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz vs Apollo Crews
Look for the young up and comer to dominate this match, even with Maryse at the Miz' side, which would ordinarily give the Intercontinental Champion a clear advantage. Crews is too fast, too strong, and too good or the Miz to counter in anyway. Leaving Miz frustrated, he will simply utilize his championship advantage, take the title, take Maryse and leave, giving Crews the count out victory; but, leaving him without a belt.

Randy Orton vs Brock Lesnar
Lesnar, like Roman Reigns, recently embarrassed the WWE by failing several UFC administered substance tests. While Lesnar has been booked as invincible in the WWE, Randy Orton is no slouch either. Orton has been one of the WWE's biggest stars for years now and this is his first big PPV Match since being injured last fall. Look for Lesnar to dominate the match, giving Orton suplex, after suplex, after suplex. Just when things seem absolutely hopeless for the Viper, look for Orton to hit an RKO out of nowhere, shocking the world with a clean pinfall victory over the Beast.

John Cena vs A.J. Styles
These two don't like each other very much. Perhaps its because in all their differences they are so very much alike. Styles represents independent wrestling, its seedy grit and determination, it's never say die attitude. Cena, is the hardest working wrestler on WWE's roster, and has consistently been so for a decade and a half. The extremely consistent Cena has met his match against Styles as of late. Stuck for the last couple of years on the mid-card, facing the likes of Rusev, Alberto Del Rio, and A.J. Styles, Cena desperately wants to return to where he strongly feels he belongs: the WWE Championship picture. There has never been an obstacle Cena did not eventually conquer. Look for Cena to get vindication in what could be SummerSlam's show stealer. Cena pins Styles here in a clean victory.

WWE Champion Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler
Every couple of years the WWE gives Ziggler fans hope. They push Ziggler as a huge main event quality star, only to disappoint everyone, when Ziggler loses and eventually fades away into roster obscurity. This happened a couple years ago when Team Cena faced Team Authority at the Survivor Series. Ziggler, who represented Team Cena, was victorious in the match and left alone as the sole survivor, to close one of WWE's biggest PPV events. After leaving fans with huge expectations, Ziggler did what he always does and once again faded. Dean Ambrose, on the contrary, has only elevated himself as one of the WWE's biggest stars. There has been no fade and no backsliding in his upward trajectory. The WWE is not ready to give up on Dean Ambrose as WWE Champion, when it has worked so well thus far. The powers that be have never seen Ziggler as a WWE Champion, a wrestler that can represent the company the way Cena has, a leader that can carry the entire roster when called upon. It should be noted that Dean Ambrose is Vince McMahon's favorite wrestler on the entire roster. Enough stated. While Ziggler may lead Ambrose to one of the best matches of his career, Ambrose will get the clean pinfall victory and Dolph Ziggler will simply fade away like he always does.

WWE Universal Championship Finals Match: Seth Rollin vs Finn Balor
Legitimately, this match has the potential to be the Match of the Year. These two former NXT Champions clash to become the very first Universal Champion, a title which is sure to become the WWE's most important championship. Both Balor and Rollins wrestle a similar style. They can take anyone to the mat and can also fly in the air with the very best of them. Rollins; however, has kept things more tame upon his return from a major knee injury. He has become larger and more of a traditional mat wrestler. Look for Rollins' size to give him an advantage in this one; but, Balor is wrestling as the Demon, motivated and intimidating. While this will obviously be a back and forth affair, the Universal Championship represents a new era of wrestling. Look for Balor to get the pinfall victory over Rollins and become the very first to bear the new Championship while simultaneously spearheading the WWE into a new era of wrestling.
