ON THIS DAY IN WRESTLING HISTORY: 3/29/1987 - Two of the most popular Superstars in WWE history collided on the world's biggest state: WrestleMania III. Before 93,173 fans at the Pontiac Silverdome, Hulk Hogan did what many, at the time, considered impossible. He bodyslammed the 500 pound behemoth of a WWE Hall of Famer, Andre the Giant. As cameras flashed throughout the Pontiac, Michigan arena, Hogan then hit a leg drop for the pinfall victory. The match between the two legends is arguably considered the most iconic match in WWE WrestleMania history. #OTD
