NEWS: Eric Bischoff Tears into Bret Hart

NEWS: Eric Bischoff was displeased with a recent add promoted by the WWE Network's Twitter page. The ad was for the Network's Monday Night War series and featured Bret Hart commenting on Bischoff's alleged reluctance to bring Mike Tyson into WCW,

"Word had just come out that Mike Tyson was doing something with Vince. I remember Eric Bischoff telling me: Mike Tyson had called him first and he kind of blew him off and he said, ‘We don’t need Mike Tyson’ and I remember listening to that thinking: Steve Austin and Vince. Oh and Mike Tyson. These guys are going to kick the hell out of WCW.”

Bischoff saw the ad and took to Twitter to respond,

"This is absolute nonsense. Bret Hart is full of shit. Like perhaps Bret Hart needs a dementia check."

While Bischoff is entitled to his opinion and allowed to defend himself, it is an obvious low blow to attack a stroke victim with accusations of dementia. As of press time, there has been no response from Bret Hart.
