NEWS: The Chicago Sun Times reports that former best friends CM Punk and Colt Cabana are headed back to court. After defeating WWE Dr. Chris Amann, Cabana has filed a motion against his former court room teammate CM Punk in order to recoup legal fees Cabana claims were promised to him. Cabana alleges that CM Punk owes him more than half a million dollars from their recent court battle against Dr. Amann. According to Cabana, Punk promised to pay those legal fees and has since gone back on his promises. Due to Punk's alleged refusal to honor his part of the deal, Cabana now owes $513,736 in legal fees. According to the Sun Times, Punk offered to pay half of those fees and also told Cabana,

"You are on your own."

That's when Cabana took his fight to the legal system. Cabana is seeking $200,000 in general damages & $1 million in punitive and exemplary damages from his former best friend. Cabana's lawsuit claims,

"Brooks [CM Punk] acted with fraud, malice and oppression toward Colton, with the deliberate intention of causing Colton harm.”
