NEWS: Becky Lynch Signs Confiscated, Fans Turn On WWE At Hell In A Cell

NEWS: Earlier this week Stephanie McMahon attended a business conference and made the assertion that the WWE is a successful company because they, 'Give the fans what they want.' Last evening's Hell In A Cell showed that apparently nothing could be further from the truth.

When fans showed up last night in San Antonio to show their support for Becky Lynch, they were swiftly met by security, who confiscated their signs.

After defeating Charlotte Flair to become the new Smackdown Women's Champion, Becky Lynch went against the WWE's proverbial grain and tweeted her support for the new "Boo the Woo" movement:

While the WWE is quick to confiscate signs from fans, they may have a larger issue to worry about. Fans are beginning to rebel against the company's creative direction. According to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, the San Antonio audience loudly declared their dissatisfaction at the conclusion of last evening's Hell In A Cell:

So yeah, after the show ended the fans were FURIOUS, tons of "THIS IS BULLSHIT!" chants and more. And, like at SummerSlam, they rushed off the air as fast as possible so you wouldn't hear it. #HIAC
