NEWS: WWE Signs Rey Mysterio

Mike Johnson of PW Insider reports that WWE has signed future Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.

According to Johnson, the deal is a two year deal. Mysterio had reportedly been advocating for an eighteen month deal; but, instead received a contractual clause, which would allow him to give notice at the eighteen month mark, if he so chooses.

Mysterio last wrestled for the WWE at April's Greatest Royal Rumble pay-per-view. He was eliminated from the 50-man Royal Rumble by RAW's Baron Corbin, who is a potential opponent for Mysterio once he makes his return to the ring.
