NEWS: WWE Hall of Famer Signs Deal with the Company

NEWS: Legendary WWE Superstar and announcer Jerry "the King" Lawler appeared on last week's episode of SmackDown LIVE, where he announced that he would be calling this year's WWE Royal Rumble Pay-per-view. Lawler was last used as a SmackDown commentator in July, when he was unceremoniously removed to host WWE's pre-shows. Lawler recently sat down with Cerritos Live and told the wrestling world that he will be back with the Company on a long-term basis, as he just signed a one year deal with the WWE. According to backstage rumblings, Lawler is expected to work a program with recently turned heel Dolph Ziggler and perhaps even wrestle Dolph at WrestleMania, where a win has eluded the King throughout the entirety of his career.
