NEWS: The stylin', profilin', limousine riding, jet flying, kiss-stealing, wheelin' n' dealin' son of a gun will now take his strut to Hollywood's red carpet. 2-time WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair, is set to make his feature film debut in Uncle Steamroller & Champion Rabbit. Flair, who along with fiancé Wendy Barlow, was also an executive producer for the film. The Nature boy will star as a wrestling promoter, the president of fictional Las Vegas wrestling company, World Wrestling Union. The R-rated movie follows a down-on-his-luck Iraq War veteran wrestler who struggles to remain champion during difficult times. Flair had the following to say on his feature film debut,
"I really like this wonderfully written script and find it to be very entertaining. The edgy sense of humor is great, but the story also has a good heart. I’m expecting the inspirational story line will appeal to fans that extend beyond my loyal core wrestling base, and I am seriously looking forward to getting this film in front of worldwide audiences. Wooooooooooooooooo!"Uncle Steamroller & Champion Rabbit is set to hit theaters in 2019.
