NEWS: NXT Superstar, Tommaso Ciampa, may be taking his new heel persona to the utmost extreme. Ciampa recently logged into Twitter to inform Christian & Edge that he is doing well enough on his own and doesn't need to appear on their E&C's Pod of Awesomeness podcast:

I have absolutely zero interest in "telling my story" or helping you draw listeners.
Strap your rocket to someone who needs it. pic.twitter.com/MyjB2rcJ9X
Ciampa's "strap your rocket to someone who needs it" comment is in reference to Christian and Edge's shared belief that their podcast acts as a proverbial career enhancing rocket to those who appear as guests. WWE Hall of Famer Adam "Edge" Copeland took exception to Ciampa's tweet and responded with the following:
Settle down you might sprain your beard. Firstly you were never considered to be rocket strapped, BUT we had your old partner @JohnnyGargano on. Huge numbers. Secondly use the damn @ button next time. You smell jealous kid. It’s a mix of buffalo pheromones and Drakaar Noir. https://t.co/mTALF3cYLL— Adam (Edge) Copeland (@EdgeRatedR) March 6, 2018
Then another Canadian born wrestling legend became incensed over Ciampa's blatant disrespect. Chris Jericho interjected himself with the following:
Ciampa is currently on the NXT roster, not the WWE's main roster. Therefore Chris Jericho successfully hits the low blow; but, Ciampa wasn't done yet. That’s great, cos I’ve got no interest in having you. Maybe when you make it into the big leagues kid! https://t.co/0WzOypbHgh— Chris Jericho (@IAmJericho) March 6, 2018

Ciampa misspelled has-beens? Where's that damn Friday meme when you need it?Just a couple of wrestling legends* following along and hanging onto my every word.— BLACKHEART (@ProjectCiampa) March 6, 2018

Our best educated guess is that ala Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, this social media feud is in its infancy and will make for what will inevitably be two fantastic podcasts between one of wrestling's top workers and two of wrestling's greatest legends.
