- The Miz is in the ring for Miz TV & he hypes his new Miz & Mrs. reality show. The New Day are tonight's official guests. The Miz asks the trio to reveal which member will be in the MITB Ladder Match. The New Day reveal that each of them will be in the MITB Ladder Match and jokingly tease a big reveal that never comes. The Miz attempts to cajole the trio for a straight answer. Xavier volunteers Big E. Big E volunteers Kofi. Kofi volunteers Xavier. This enrages The Miz, who lets the trio know, in no uncertain terms, that he is better than any of them. Kofi stands up and says, "It will be E;" but, he isn't talking about MITB. Instead they volunteer Big E for a match against The Miz tonight; however, The Miz refuses and The New Day shame him and then proceed to throw pancakes at him. The Miz then run away to the backstage area and runs into SmackDown GM Paige, who informs the A-Lister that he will have to face Big E next.

- The Miz defeats Big E via pinfall *The Bar run distraction

- Daniel Bryan is interviewed backstage regarding tonight's second chance match against Jeff Hardy, "Nobody knows what second chances mean more than I do. Last week I taught Big Cass that no matter how tall you are, if you kick a hornet's nest you're going to get stung...it's crazy, it's insane: Daniel Bryan vs Jeff Hardy in 2018. Jeff Hardy is a legend and Jeff Hardy is a very very very very difficult mountain to climb. Jeff Hardy is a legend and tonight I will tap a legend out."

- MITB Qualifying Match: Lana (with Aiden English) defeats Billie Kay (with Peyton Royce) via pinfall

- Andrade "Cien" Almas (with Zelina Vega) defeats a jobber via pinfall

- Carmella is interviewed backstage about her upcoming match against Asuka, "There does seem like there is an expiration date on my Title reign - psyche. Everyone is waiting for me to fall and it's not gonna happen. The Asuka myth was shattered at WrestleMania by Charlotte Flair, whom I beat twice. That makes me twice as good as Asuka. Asuka should be afraid of me because at MITB I'm gonna moonwalk all over Asuka and prove that Mella is money."

HOUR TWO
- A.J. Styles makes his way to the ring, followed by Shinsuke Nakamura. Shinsuke is playing coy about the stipulation for their upcoming match at Money in the Bank. "I will not just beat you, I will dishonor you. You will never recover. Your Title is mine. Your house is now my house," Nakamura says. Styles presses him on what the stipulation will be. Shinsuke announces in jest that the MITB match will be a Pillow Fight. The two brawl before a stipulation can be announced. When Shinsuke incapacitates Styles outside the ring, Nakamura begins counting, teasing a Last Man Standing Match before getting on the microphone and making it official.

- #1 Contender's Match: Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson defeat The Usos after Anderson pins Jay Uso

- MITB Qualifying Match: Naomi defeats Sonya Deville (with Mandy Rose) via pinfall

- Renee Young interviews Jeff Hardy backstage on his upcoming match against Daniel Bryan tonight

- Daniel Bryan defeats Jeff Hardy via submission. Postmatch: Samoa Joe, who is on commentary, enters the ring, "I fail to see what we're celebrating here because next week you face me." The two stare down before Samoa Joe exits the ring.
