NEWS: John Cena has been a professional wrestler, rapper, an actor, a reality television star, and an awards show host. Now the modern day renaissance man is set to add another feather to his proverbial U Can't See Me cap: child's author. Cena has signed a book deal with Random House to publish his new book, Elbow Grease. Elbow Grease will be illustrated by Howard McWilliam, who does caricatures for progressive political mag The Week. Elbow Grease focuses on a family of monster trucks and its main character, Elbow Grease, is the runt of the litter and often overshadowed by his older, larger brothers: Pinball, Flash, Crash, and Tank. With a little Hustle, Loyalty and Respect, Elbow Grease perseveres and soon finds himself the unlikely hero in his family of monster trucks. Elbow Grease is set to be the first of many in the series penned by Cena and illustrated by McWilliam. John Cena, who famously wants no children of his own, had the following to say about his new venture as a children's author,

"With Elbow Grease and the books to follow, I want to offer kids a fun and engaging way to learn about the power of ambition, dedication, and heart. These concepts have been transformative in my life, from my childhood up to now, and it’s so important to me to pass the positivity on and help our youngest generation see that right mindset is key to achievement."
