HOUR ONE
- Bray Wyatt opens RAW with an Elimination Chamber/Roman Reigns promo, calling Roman Reigns a failure; however, Reigns offers his own rebuttal promo

- ELIMINATION CHAMBER QUALIFICATION MATCH: Roman Reigns defeats Bray Wyatt via pinfall. Postmatch: Matt Hardy gives Bray Wyatt a Twist of Fate.

- Seth Rollins questions Jason Jordan's health. Jordan assures Rollins that he is 100% healthy and ready to go for tonight's match against The Bar.

- The Revival come out to challenge Finn Balor and one Club member of his choice to a match

- Finn Balor & Karl Anderson (with Luke Gallows) defeat The Revival after Balor pins Dawson

- Sasha Banks is backstage watching last week's loss to Asuka, when Bayley arrives. She tells Sasha that this is the twentieth time she has watched this match this week. Sasha believes that she has found out how to beat Asuka; but, won't reveal her secret to Bayley, who faces Asuka tonight. Bayley tells Sasha that she plans on ending Asuka's undefeated streak. Sasha scoffs and doubts Bayley's ability to defeat Asuka; but, Bayley says, "I know I can beat you and if you're good enough to beat Asuka, so am I." 

- Mustafa Ali & Cedric Alexander defeat Drew Gulak & Tony Nese after Alexander pins Gulak

HOUR TWO 
- Kurt Angle makes his way to announce the participants in the first ever Women's Elimination Chamber Match: Bayley, Mandy Rose, Mickie James, Sonya Deville, and Sasha Banks. Alexa Bliss will put her Title on the line in the match. Nia Jax will face Asuka at the pay-per-view and if Jax wins, she will be added to the Title match at WrestleMania. An unhappy Alexa Bliss makes her way out to the ring. She calls Kurt's actions unjust and informs him that his actions are against company policy. Bliss points out that the men's Elimination Chamber Match does not have the Title on the line and says that it is unfair, unequal, and unjust. Bliss asks, "Kurt is it because I'm just a woman?" Angle says that Lesnar defended his Title at the Royal Rumble while Bliss last defended her Title in October. Bliss replies, "Whose fault is that Kurt? I don't make the matches you do. Do you prefer Brock Lesnar to me. You're showing preferential treatment and I think that's sexist." Kurt leaves it up to the Des Moines crowd and they voice their approval for the match. Bliss then walks out of the ring angrily.

- WWE runs a Black History Month video package

- Asuka defeats Bayley via submission. Postmatch: Bayley and Asuka shake hands.

- The Miz cuts a promo on Roman Reigns, Elimination Chamber, becoming the United States Championship, his impending USA reality series, and the upcoming birth of his daughter

- The Miz (with the Miztourage) defeats Apollo Crews (with Titus O'Neil and Dana Brooke) via pinfall

- Jason Jordan is with his dad Kurt Angle backstage when they inform Seth Rollins that Jordan won't be cleared to compete. Angle suggests forfeiting the match to a dejected Rollins when Roman Reigns appears. Angle gives the duo his blessing and the two will face The Bar next.

HOUR THREE
- RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar defeat Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins via DQ after Jason Jordan physically involves himself in the match in an attempt to prevent The Bar from leaving and utilizing their championship advantage

- Seth Rollins berates Jason Jordan backstage calling him a, "Selfish son of a bitch." Angle tells Rollins that he is out of line to which Rollins replies, "The only thing I'm sorry about is that I didn't hurt him myself." After Rollins storms out, Kurt Angle orders Jason Jordan to leave until he is medically cleared.

- Nia Jax defeats Vanessa Floyd pinfall. Postmatch: Renee Young interviews Jax about her upcoming bout with Asuka to which Nia replies, "I'm the only woman in that locker room that doesn't fear you, the only one you can't beat. I'm going to mess your pretty little face up so bad you're going to be wearing that mask permanently and when I'm done with you you're not going to be the Empress of Tomorrow. You're going to be the Empress of Yesterday."

- Mickie James defeats Sonya Deville (with Paige and Mandy Rose). Postmatch: Absolution attacks Mickie James; but, Alexa Bliss makes the save before a shocked Mickie James

- ELIMINATION CHAMBER FINAL ENTRANT TRIPLE THREAT MATCH: Elias defeats Braun Strowman and John Cena (Elias pins Cena). Postmatch: Strowman annihilates Elias and Cena.
