NEWS: Neville Walks Out on WWE; Asks for Release

NEWS: Enzo Amore is such a controversial figure that some wrestlers are refusing to job to him. Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Neville, was slated to lose a Lumberjack Match to Amore on last week's episode of RAW and became so enraged about having to do the job that he asked for his WWE release and when he was not given his release, promptly walked out on the company. The WWE had to scramble and make a last minute change of plans, which they did. Kalisto replaced Neville in the match and perhaps as a dig to Neville, was allowed to go over and capture his very first WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Kalisto, in turn, dedicated the victory to the late Eddie Guerrero, who would have turned 50 the same day. There is no word yet on whether the WWE intends to give Neville his release; but, Neville's departure would be a huge blow to the Cruiserweight Division, he helped get off the ground and build. The word backstage is that while the vast majority of the locker room detests Enzo Amore and sees him as a self-serving third rate hack, the wrestlers are also disappointed that Neville would walk out on them, something that is a big no-no in the wrestling business.
