- Vince and Stephanie McMahon come to the ring amidst an "AJ Styles" chant
- Triple H comes to the ring revealing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship underneath his suit coat
- Vince & Stephanie bow & genuflect before Triple H who says, "It's good to be the king."
- "Until my dying breath, this is my law, my religion, my Church and I'll be damned if someone like Roman Reigns disrespects my religion." - Triple H
- Stephanie McMahon reveals that she will evaluate talent tonight for a match at Fast Lane. The winner of that match will receive a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania against Triple H
- FloRida is in the audience
- Kevin Owens defeats Dolph Ziggler via pinfall
- JoJo interviews Roman Reigns backstage
- Social Outcasts come to the ring and cut a promo on FloRida, who gets in the ring for a rap battle against Bo Dallas. FloRida then introduces the Dudley Boyz
- The Dudley Boyz defeat Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas (with the Social Outcasts)
- Renee Young interviews AJ Styles backstage. He is interrupted by Chris Jericho who hit Styles on the chest and says, "Welcome to the big leagues kid."
HOUR TWO
- AJ Styles defeats Chris Jericho via pinfall. Postmatch: The two stare down, shake hands and then bump as Jericho exits the ring.
- Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch results in a no-contest after Charlotte interferes. Charlotte leaves both wrestlers knocked out in the center of the ring.
- Goldust and R-Truth do a vignette backstage. Goldust informs R-Truth that he is looking for a new partner. R-Truth states, "I am a married man. Ain't nothing wrong with that; but, I don't swing like that...whatever toots your horn." As R-Truth leaves Goldust says, "No man, I was talking about a tag team partner, the Golden Truth. Why do I always put my foot in my mouth?"
- Bray Wyatt (with the Wyatt Family) defeats Kane via pinfall. Postmatch: Kane is further attacked by the entire Wyatt Family
- The Miz is backstage leaving his limo; but, a pickup truck pulls in revealing the Rock who proceeds to give the Miz the valet treatment and his keys. The Rock greets Rick Ross backstage, Big Show (who he mocks), Lana (who he mocks) Rusev (who he mocks) and Pat Patterson (to whom he wishes a Happy Birthday).
HOUR THREE
- The Rock comes to the ring; but, is interrupted by the New Day
- Kofi says, "The Rock said he left for the people; but, he left for the paycheck."
- The Rock accuses New Day of wearing "Llama penises on their heads." He direct his attention to Big-E whom he says, "Is so big; but, so dorky like the Incredible Hulk banged Urkel."
- New Day attempts to leave; but, are attacked by the Rock's Plan B, the Usos. The Usos give New Day a good beating and corner Xavier Woods in the ring with the Rock. Xavier receives the People's Elbow.
- Natalya & Paige defeat Brie Bella & Alicia Fox after Paige pinned Brie Bella
- Kalisto defeated The Miz via pinfall
- Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose defeated Rusev & Sheamus (with the League of Nations) after Reigns pinned Sheamus
Postmatch: Reigns and Ambrose Power-bomb Rusev through an announcer's table
- Stephanie McMahon makes her way to the ramp revealing the main event for Fast Lane, which will be a Triple Threat match between Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. The winner will face Triple H at WrestleMania for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
