NEWS: Jimmy Snuka Declared Mentally Unfit to Stand Trial

NEWS: WWE legend Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka was declared mentally unfit to stand trial for the 1983 murder of Nancy Argentino, his girlfriend at the time. Lehigh County Judge Kelly Banach found Snuka to be, "vacant and leadable," and had serious doubts as to whether he was capable of faking Dementia. "I don't believe he's faking it. No offense, but I don't think he's smart enough to fake it," Banach stated. Snuka frequently lost track of where he was when questioned, even referring to Judge Banach as "dear" and "hon." According to his legal team, Snuka's Dementia came as a direct result of head trauma he suffered throughout his wrestling career. Snuka, who is now 73, will return to his New Jersey home to battle significant ailments, which include Stomach Cancer in addition to his Dementia.
