BREAKING: WWE Hall of Famer Bobby "The Brain" Heenan Dead at 73

BREAKING: Legendary WWE Hall of Fame manager, Bobby "the Brain" Heenan has passed away at the age of 73. Heenan (whose career started in the AWA circa 1973) was a legendary heel manager and guided the careers of wrestling legends like; Nick Bockwinkel, Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig, "Ravishing" Rick Rude, Andre the Giant, Haku, Harley Race, Tully Blanchard, and Arn Anderson among many others. Heenan was also arguably one of the greatest ring-side commentators in the history of the business and was best known for his work with the late Gorilla Monsoon. Heenan fought a valiant fifteen plus year battle against throat cancer and despite having reconstructive jaw surgery which ended his broadcasting career, Heenan was active at fan conventions, often signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans. Heenan is survived by his wife Cindy and his daughter Jessica. Our thoughts and prayers are with Heenan's friends and family.
