NEWS: Paige Quits the WWE

NEWS: According to sources 2-time WWE Divas Champion, Paige, has quit the WWE. Paige has recently been involved in a tumultuous relationship with Alberto Del Rio and drew the ire of the Company, especially after she and Del Rio failed a wellness test for an undisclosed substance. Paige, who was under contract until 2019, hired a legal team in an attempt to finagle her way out of her contract, especially after she considered WWE's interference in her relationship with Del Rio to be harassment. However, sources indicate that there was an explosion of epic proportions and Paige simply quit the company ala CM Punk. With that stated, unless Paige has the legal team of all legal teams, she will be unable to wrestle until 2019 at a minimum and possibly longer, depending on the exact terms of her current deal. Some contracts simply get put on hold until the wrestler can fulfill their contractual obligations. If Paige "retires" it is possible that she will never be able to wrestle again....until she fulfills the terms of her WWE contract. There will be more to this story in the future.
