NEWS: Vince Russo Files Restraining Order Against Jim Cornette

Only a week or so after challenging Jim Cornette to "face him like a man" via Skype (HA!), Vince Russo has filed a restraining order against the legendary wrestling manager. The two have been involved in a long-term feud and war or words that has lasted decades; but, has intensified over the last several weeks. According to the order, Russo claims Cornette has been stalking him since 1999 and referenced Cornette's latest podcast episode as evidence against Cornette. Cornette was served this order by local police who went to his Louisville, Kentucky home ordering Cornette to stay away from Russo, Russo's wife, and Russo's family. Cornette tweeted the following:

Eric Bischoff, also no friend of Russo's, chimed in via his own Twitter account:

So, Vince Russo challenged Jim Cornette to "face him like a man" and then went to the police to be protected legally in case Cornette actually took Russo seriously. Only in the world of professional wrestling. The wrestling world eagerly anticipates the next episode of The Jim Cornette Experience.
