- The New Day defeat The Usos via countout *The Usos retain the SmackDown Tag Team Championship

- Bob Orton is seen discussing with Sgt. Slaughter backstage

- SmackDown Women's Champion defeats Lana via submission *Carmella threatens a MITB cash-in during the match; but, ultimately chooses otherwise.

- Fashion Files vignette airs featuring Breezango. The pair receive a match invitation from a mystery team.

- Maria Kanellis and Mike Kanellis (Bennett) make their debut and seek to, "Educate everyone on the power of love."

- Greg Gagne, Larry "the Axe" Hennig, Baron Von Raschke, Sgt. Slaughter, "Cowboy" Bob Orton, and Ric Flair are all introduced ring-side for the Orton vs Mahal match

- Baron Corbin defeats Shinsuke Nakamura, Dolph Ziggler, A.J. Styles, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn to win the Money in the Bank Ladder Match *Corbin attacked Nakamura before the match started rendering him unable to compete at the match start; however, Nakamura would later return.
