NEWS: Dana Warrior Calls Out Ryback

NEWS: After Ryback took to his podcast Conversations with the Big Guy to claim that he was once destined to face The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 30, Warrior's widow, Dana Warrior, took to twitter. Dana tweeted the following,

"Not true. It always saddens me when people tell untruths on a man’s grave to promote their lives. Do your OWN work.”

Ryback then tweeted to Dana Warrior, "Hope all is well," and included a fan link suggesting that Dana listen to the podcast rather than read the dirt sheets (our favorite of which is CheapHeatWrestling.com). Ryback then tweeted out the actual time when the Warrior discussion begins in his podcast; but, that only confirms what Cheap Heat Wrestling and other "dirt sheets" initially reported. Ryback indeed claimed that he was scheduled to face The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 30. Dana Warrior then responded to Ryback once again,

"I’m well, Ryan. Cultivating a legacy not living in fantasy."

Ryan Reeves is Ryback's birth name. Ryback went to court to legally change his name to Ryback, which is exactly what The Ultimate Warrior did. The name change allowed the two Superstars to use their in-ring both in their personal life and in business. The fact that Dana Warrior called Ryback "Ryan" is an obvious sign of disrespect and of all people she very clearly knows that considering her late husband also changed his name for similar reasons. To be fair to Ryback and Dana Warrior it could just be that the Warrior was never informed of WWE's plans and/or The Ultimate Warrior never informed Dana of such plans. There's no evidence at all that Ryback was lying; however, the former WWE Superstar has made outrageous claims in the past even once taking credit for inventing the SHIELD's Triple Power Bomb finisher. Only Mark Carrano can confirm or deny Ryback's assertions because he was the one to allegedly show Ryback the match listing, which included what has now become a most controversial bout between the Big Guy and the Warrior.
