NEWS: Charges Dismissed Against Teen Driver Responsible for Jan Ross' Death
NEWS: Jim Ross took to Twitter to let the world know that charges had been dropped against the teen driver whose recklessness took the life of his beloved wife Jan. The driver failed a sobriety test after crashing into the 55 year old Jan Ross' Vespa. A dejected Jim Ross tweeted the following:
This morning norman judge Steven Stice felt compelled to dismiss vehicular homicide charge against the 17 year old in my wife Jan’s death. The state objected to no avail.— Jim Ross (@JRsBBQ) January 18, 2018
The driver never even lost his drivers license.

This isn't the first time Judge Steven Stice's decision making has come into question. The Judge has a history of questionable decisions in DUI cases. In 2013, Stice was caught sending drunk drivers to to a rehabilitation center that was renting Stice's own property paying him $2,321 per month. Judge Stice investigated himself and found nothing wrong with his own actions,
"I have followed the rules. I'm not the only judge that owns real estate."Here's hoping Stice is more contrite in his dealings with the Ross family, especially in light of his most recent verdict. Fans with the itch to see Good Ole' J.R. won't have to wait long. Jim Ross will appear on RAW's 25th Anniversary Special, alongside former RAW broadcast partner Jerry "the King" Lawler.
