NEWS: Many many years ago, during a mysterious era known as the early 90s, the wrestler we all know and love as the Undertaker, was a fledgling WCW product known as Mean Mark Callaway. Recently Jim Ross had Bruce Prichard (Brother Love) as a guest on his Ross Report podcast and the two discussed none other than the Undertaker. Ross claimed to have always recognized Taker's talent; but, his opinions fell on deaf ears in WCW. When the Undertaker became a free agent, WWE's Bruce Prichard was exceptionally high on him. Vince McMahon; however, was not. According to Prichard, McMahon saw the Phenom as nothing more than a "tall red-headed basketball player" type character. McMahon was so un-interested in the Undertaker that he even cancelled an early meeting between the two. It's difficult to imagine that there ever was such a time when McMahon showed such little interest in one of his greatest creations. Flash forward nearly two decades into the future and McMahon gained so much respect for the Undertaker that after Taker suffered significant injuries against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30, McMahon left his other great creation (WrestleMania) to be at the Undertaker's side in the hospital. Fans interested in listening to the Ross Report podcast in its entirety can do so HERE.
