NEWS: Conor McGregor Calls Out Brock Lesnar; Professional Wrestling

NEWS: UFC Fighter Conor McGregor is no fan of Brock Lesnar or professional wrestling. While on a conference call promoting UFC 202, the UFC Featherweight Champion took the proverbial axe to Lesnar and professional wrestling. "For the most part, those WWE guys are pussies. They’re messed up pussies if you ask me.” McGregor elaborated further on Lesnar, "At the end of the day Brock Lesnar is juiced up to the eyeballs…so how can I respect that?” McGregor is referring to Lesnar's UFC 200 battle against Mark Hunt, a fight in which Lesnar was victorious; but, it was later revealed that he competed while taking a banned substance. McGregor was asked about whether or not he would ever fight in the WWE; but, stated he hasn't given it much thought. WWE's interest in McGregor has been long-rumored and it's difficult to imagine why McGregor would call Lesnar out, unless he's thinking about a potential big payday in the ring with him. That wouldn't happen in the UFC where Lesnar's massive physique has him solidly locked in as a heavyweight and the smaller McGregor locked in as a featherweight. A dream match between the two could only happen in the world of professional wrestling and the WWE is the only place with the financial resources to make that match happen.
