NEWS: Shelton Benjamin Injured; Not Returning to the WWE

NEWS: Shelton Benjamin was set to return to the WWE in order to beef up a thin SmackDown roster. Unfortunately that return won't be happening anytime soon. While taking a physical for the WWE, doctors discovered that Benjamin had a torn rotator cuff, an injury which will require surgery and can sideline him for up to a year. Benjamin took to Twitter to report the bad news and stated that he had to now, "Put pro-wrestling to the side." The good news is that Benjamin still vows, "I will be back." The WWE Universe anxiously awaits his return.
