HOUR ONE
- Seth Rollins vignette with Rollins calling out the Demon King Finn Balor. Balor does not come when called, so Rollins will seek him out
- Rusev and Lana are in the ring threatening to force RAW to cancel due to how their Wedding Celebration was treated last week. They are interrupted by Mick Foley; but, Rusev refuses to respect Foley and stays in the ring. He requests Stephanie McMahon come to the ring; but, when she supports Foley and Rusev's removal, he still refuses. Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring and he is looking for a fight. Foley comes up with tonight's main event: Rusev vs Roman Reigns in a match for Lana's honor
- Sheamus is interviewed by Byron Saxton about Sami Zayn
- Sami Zayn defeats Sheamus via pinfall (Cesaro is on commentary)
- Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens are interviewed backstage about their upcoming SummerSlam match against Enzo Amore and Big Cass
- Sheamus and Cesaro want at each other backstage; however, Mick Foley schedules a Best of 7 series between the two instead
- New Day defeat the Dudley Boyz via pinfall (The Club does a ringpostitis promo before and after their match)
- Seth Rollins is still looking for Finn Balor. Rollins runs into Neville, who insists that Rollins doesn't know what he's getting himself into.
- Nia Jaxx defeats Rachel Levy via pinfall
- Paul Heyman is seen walking into Brock Lesnar's dressing room
HOUR TWO
- Brock Lesnar makes his way to the ring accompanied by Paul Heyman. They are interrupted by Heath Slater, who wants to earn a roster spot by challenging and defeating Brock Lesnar. Heyman tries to talk Slater out of it; but, Slater insists that he must take his opportunity for his children. Brock Lesnar states, "I don't give a shit about your children," and then promptly and thoroughly annihilates Slater.
- Big Cass defeats Kevin Owens via DQ (interference by Chris Jericho)
- Rusev and Roman Reigns are involved in a huge backstage brawl
- The Shining Stars defeat the Prime Time Players (with Bob Backlund) after Titus O' Neil turns on Darren Young
- Neville defeats Jinder Mahal via pinfall
- Mick Foley and Stephanie McMahon announce that Jon Stewart will once again participate in SummerSlam. They are interrupted by Rollins, who still can not find Finn Balor. He requests the rest of the evening off; but, before he is granted that opportunity, Mick Foley sends him to the ring to call out the Demon King inside the ring.
HOUR THREE
- Seth Rollins calls out the Demon King inside the ring. Balor answers his call and gets the better of Rollins inside the ring.
- The Club defeat the Golden Truth. Postmatch: New Day attacks Gallows and Anderson
- Charlotte is seen backstage with an apologetic Dana Brooke. Charlotte refuses Dana's apology and berates her before making her way to the ring.
- Charlotte defeated Alicia Fox via pinfall (Sasha Banks on commentary). Postmatch: Sasha makes her way to the ring; but, she is blinded by Dana Brooke, who targets Sasha's knee. Sasha is put in the Figure Eight by Charlotte, before she and Dana make their way out of the ring together.
- Roman Reigns defeats Rusev (with Lana) via pinfall
