NEWS: League of Nations to Break Up

NEWS: This may come as welcome news to many WWE fans. The WWE plans to break the League of Nations up. The stable, originally comprised of Sheamus, Wade Barrett, Rusev, and Alberto Del Rio, was pushed as a dominant group of foreigners that would run roughshod over the WWE. In terms of dominance the stable never really got over with fans and ranked somewhere between the SHIELD and Heath Slater's Three Man Band. The beginning of the end came a couple weeks ago on RAW when the League of Nations turned on Wade Barrett eliminating him as the weak link of their stable. This was done to give storyline credence to Barrett leaving the WWE when his contract is up. There is no word on exactly how the WWE will break up the remaining League of Nations members; but, it is a done deal. It is; however, head scratching that it didn't happen before the League of Nations defeated WWE's hottest tag team (the New Day) on the Company's biggest stage (WrestleMania).
