NEWS: Why Bobby Roode & Eric Young Left TNA
NEWS: TNA's existence has been threatened since its inception. Maligned by money problems, inconsistent booking, and an inability to keep talent long-term, TNA recently lost two of the biggest stars in the history of the company. TNA's loss has been WWE's gain as both Bobby Roode and Eric Young recently debuted on WWE's NXT. TNA apparently owed their two long-time talents a whole lot of money, as in six figures combined. According to David Herro of PWR report, "Bobby Roode and Eric Young left because they were owed a combined six-figures. How do you not pay those two guys? You let Bobby Roode go… a guy who could have gone to WWE but he wanted to be loyal to the company. Thank God he left. He’ll be a big star in NXT. He’ll make the main roster in a year from now. Same with Eric Young." TNA's loss is certainly WWE's gain and as TNA continues to run into financial trouble, a company run by billionaires will certainly have no trouble usurping TNA's top talent in the coming future.
