NEWS: New Dusty Rhodes Statue Unveiled

NEWS: A new statue commemorating the late WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes was unveiled at this weekend's WrestleMania Axxess. Both of Dusty's sons, Cody (Stardust) and Dustin (Goldust), were in attendance to see the statue's unveiling. Dusty joins Andre the Giant, Ultimate Warrior, and Bruno Sammartino as the only other wrestlers to be honored with a bronze statue. It should be noted that former WWE Champion Seth Rollins was once honored with a bronze statue; however, Sting, one of this weekend's inductees to the WWE Hall of Fame, had the statue crushed by a dumpster truck. All is fair in love, war, and the world of professional wrestling. Congratulations to the Runnels (Rhodes) family as the new Dusty statue is a well deserved honor and a fitting memorial to one of the greatest wrestlers in the history of the business.
