BREAKING: Jim Ross' Wife Has Died

BREAKING: Wife of Hall of Fame WWE Announcer, Jim Ross, has passed away. Jan Ross was riding her Vespa after working out at the gym on Friday night when she was struck from the behind by another vehicle. Ross was not wearing a helmet and received multiple skull fractures. She was transported to a nearby hospital in Oklahoma where she was rushed into potential life saving surgery; but, to no avail. Jan was given her last rights only hours ago and passed away shortly thereafter. Jim Ross tweeted the following:

A Priest gave my wife Jan her last rites tonight. My little Angel is gone. 🙏🙏

Ross recently stated,

"I will fully admit that there has been no experience in my life that could have prepared me for this life changing week. To see one's life partner and love of one's life being kept alive via life support equipment is tragically heartbreaking."

Thousands of people in the wrestling community were praying for Jan, to which Jim Ross replied,

"My wife would be so moved to know how many of you are praying for her."

Jim and Jan Ross have been married since 1993. Our most sincere condolences, thoughts, and prayers are with Jim Ross and the entire Ross family.
