NEWS: Pabst Blue Ribbon No Fan of New John Cena Merch
NEWS: John Cena has some new merchandise to shill and Pabst Blue Ribbon is not a fan. The Beer Company tweeted the following at both Cena and the WWE:
Neither Cena, nor the WWE have responded to Pabst's tweet; however, the WWE has a history of borderline copyright infringement when it comes to making Cena shirts. UPDATE: WWE has cancelled the sales of all Pabst Blue Ribbon inspired John Cena shirts. The Company has issued the following statement, "As a content creator, WWE respects trademarks and intellectual property, and therefore will not proceed selling the merchandise, despite it being an original design clearly within fair use.”
